Sample Class Topic: Understanding Consumers: How getting inside your customer’s mind helps you design effective marketing tactics

Synopsis:

Professor Sengupta will use a psychology-based perspective to discuss a variety of customer-persuasion tactics, ranging from interpersonal interactions to the product evaluation context. This session will provide a flavor of a broader theme entitled: "How an understanding of consumer psychology can benefit marketing strategy".
