Sample Class Topic: Leading Business Transformation through Artificial Intelligence

Synopsis:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the defining technology of our times. In this session, we will learn the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its significance for business. We will learn why business leaders need to drive AI strategy. We will understand how to prioritize AI initiatives using a framework called the AI Radar. We will learn how to define AI business cases using the AI Canvas. We will discuss how to organize for AI – the roles and skills that are needed for the AI team and how the AI organization interfaces with the business units and the IT organization. We will learn the principles of Responsible AI and how to govern AI projects to drive responsible and ethical outcomes for your business and for society.
