Event Description

How do you, as a female executive, overcome the roadblocks and challenges when moving up the corporate ladder? How to thrive at work, balancing family life while investing in yourself with a world class education?

Join our in-person Women Leadership Event on March 7th to meet our female faculty, Professor Caroline Wang, Adjunct Professor of Management, HKUST, to gain insights on tackling common challenges and career choices in the workplace.

With over 30 years of experience working at IBM as the highest-ranking Asian female executive globally, Prof. Wang played an important role in facilitating the appointment of female leaders in the Asia-Pacific region. She has spearheaded a number of key initiatives for HKUST in ensuring gender diversity in several international MBA and EMBA programs and has received an honorary fellowship from the university in 2020 in recognition of her outstanding contribution.

In the event, two of our alumnae who find their KH journey rewarding and have made it to the top as flying high leaders will also be sharing their stories of success with us.
