Topic

The AI Mindset

Synopsis

In the AI era, success will depend not on who has access to AI, but on who develops the mindset to use it effectively. This mindset is not about replacing people with machines. Rather, it means learning to use AI to make better decisions, adapt more quickly, and build more resilient organizations. This lecture presents a systematic approach to AI-driven managerial decision-making and shows how structuring the thought process can strengthen organizational effectiveness.
